Being based in a Straits Settlement shophouses dating back to the 18th century, we take pride in every heritage building we restore, repurposed usage and refurbished to its former glory. Clients seek SW for redevelopment of heritage buildings especially in the UNESCO World Heritage City of Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia – while maintaining its original façade.
Damage done by previous property owners completely destroys the heritage value of the building. We step in with architects assessing the existing structure and amending it to meet the client’s demands. What used to be a dilapidated store is now a proud owner’s home in the East. After all, our passion lies with making homes liveable again, to last another century into the future.
